The adhesives are perfect for bonding of sandwich panels, wood, foamed polystyrene, tar-board, paper, cardboard and any typical construction materials, such as concrete, asbestocement or metal sheets. Thanks to its self-foaming characteristics the adhesive possesses excellent porous material adhesion characteristics. The obtained seam is resistant to water as well as to low-temperatures.

Polyurethane adhesives - thanks to their low viscosity, polyurethane adhesives may be applied without any solvents, the fact that limits the negative impact upon the natural environment and allows for bonding of materials not resistant to chemicals, such as foamed polystyrene, as well as materials of certain moisture.

Single-ingredient adhesives – these are prepolymers with NCO-groups strictly adjusted to their particular application, which possess appropriate reactivity characteristics expressed by the adhesive application time as well as the bonding time. This type of adhesives is hardened thanks to the air moisture. The process can be accelerated by application of the surface of bonding with water.

Double-ingredient adhesives are based upon the reaction of the ingredient A with the ingredient B in the proportions strictly selected by the producer. The properties of the seam are similar to those of the single-ingredient adhesives and the seam does not contain any organic solvents, either. They are mainly applied in the process of bonding sandwich panels, construction elements, joints of wood or wood-like materials with steel, aluminium or concrete.

Currently, we are introducing the two-ingredient two-component PROMOSTAT polyurethane adhesive intended for use in both non- methane and methane underground mines, in the workings (rooms) with “a”, “b” and “c” degree of risk of explosion. PROMOSTAT is used to seal cracked rock mass, to enhance dry and wet, very loose rocks and coal seams, and to seal cracked building structures.
