Polyurethane foam spraying is a technique connected to the application of isolation layers directly upon the surface of the object being subject to isolation. The process of application is carried out by the appropriate high-pressure machines, which allow the two ingredients of the polyurethane system to be mixed together properly and allow for the proper application of the further isolation layers. Application: Insulation of roofs, walls and ceilings in industrial, utility or residential buildings, both new and already existing ones (renovation) Insulation of industrial containers and pipelines Strengthening the surface of the buildings by spraying layers of high mechanical durability Advantages of sprayed insulation: At a single stage of production the thermal and damp-proof insulation as well as structural mechanical strengthening with the low load is obtained Excellent insulating properties, combined with the lack of thermal bridges (seam-free insulation) and proper sealing ensure solid insulation of the whole structure Excellent adhesion to the base and parameter stability ensure long duration of the insulation in various weather conditions (temperature, wind, precipitation) Great efficiency (e.g. up to 1200 sq m of the roof covered per day) does not require a big working team and does not absorb much attention of the building’s occupants There exists a possibility for the choice of the spraying system, e.g. density, reactivity, self-extinguishing properties and fire spreading inhibition.
